I got a report the other day that a team had come onto the soccer field, and told owners that they had practice there, and that the owners needed to leave.
This was news to me, and the owners, as we were unaware that any team used the HOA’s soccer field.
I did some research, and finally talked to the City Parks and Recreation Department. They have a pewee Soccer League that use the field as an overflow practice field, when needed. They also have some games there. Click Full Story for more information.

Unlike years in the past, this year, the pool will be closing in Mid to Late October, to allow owners as much time as possible to enjoy the pool.
If the weather is warm all the way to the end of October, we will keep it open until Halloween. If the weather turns cold in the first week, we will close the pool at that point. Click Full Story for more information.

• Pool Gates – We have a problem with the lock at the gate near Beauchamp, it is in the process of being replaced, and should be done this week. At that point, the system should be all up and working.
• Water Fountain at Dog Park – A new water meter will be installed soon, as the Developer has picked up the water meter form the City. This should allow the fountains to work. Click Full Story for more information.

• Pool Maintenance improvement - There may be some need to close the pool, but we will give a day or two of notice before we do. If you see a situation, please let us know.
• Pool Gates – We have received the part that was needed, and are now back up and running. The Main Pool Gate should be working for everyone, if not, please let us know, and we can investigate. The side gate is broken, but in the process of being repaired. Click Full Story for more information.

• Pool Maintenance improvement – We have switched contractors, and they seem to be doing a better job. There may be some need to close the pool, but we will give a day or two of notice before we do. If you see a situation, please let us know.
• Pool Gates – We have been working on this since for a few weeks now. We will be using a temporary system to help with the gates until the vendor can get the part that is needed. I have been told that both gates are now having different issues. Hopefully, this will fix both gates. More to come. Click Full Story for more information.

• Pool Gates – We have been working on this since for a few weeks now. We were informed on 7/7 that the repair vendor could not get the part. I have been told that both gates are now having different issues. The main gate won’t work for anyone, whereas the side gate will work for everyone.
