Work in Progress - Update

• Pool Maintenance improvement - There may be some need to close the pool, but we will give a day or two of notice before we do. If you see a situation, please let us know.

• Pool Gates – We have received the part that was needed, and are now back up and running. The Main Pool Gate should be working for everyone, if not, please let us know, and we can investigate. The side gate is broken, but in the process of being repaired.

• Water Fountain at Dog Park – A new water meter will be installed around the first week in August. This should allow the fountains to work.

• Damage to wood pillar in the park – We have had this reported but haven’t been informed where it is. We are still working on this.

• Landscaping – We have given notice to the current landscaper and are getting the new one geared up to start on 9/1. This was a contractual obligation, and could have only been shortened by a few days, but it gives us time to make sure the new contractor is prepared.
