Work in Progress - Update

• Pool Maintenance improvement – We have switched contractors, and they seem to be doing a better job. There may be some need to close the pool, but we will give a day or two of notice before we do. If you see a situation, please let us know.

• Pool Gates – We have been working on this since for a few weeks now. We were informed on 7/7 that the repair vendor could not get the part. I have been told that both gates are now having different issues. The main gate won’t work for anyone, whereas the side gate will work for everyone. Repair techs have been informed and are coming to fix, hopefully, both.

• Fans at Pool – I was informed that the issue with the fans was a power issue. If you turn the controller to far, they won’t work. I am getting an electrician out to fix the problem.

• Bathroom repairs – We have repaired everything that has been reported.

• Water Fountain at Dog Park – We have been working with the City on this, as it seems the water meter was removed. More information to come on this.

• Damage to wood pillar in the park – We have had this reported but haven’t been informed where it is. We are still working on this.

• Landscaping – We have given notice to the current landscaper, and are getting the new one geared up to start on 9/1. This was a contractual obligation, and could have only been shortened by a few days, but it gives us time to make sure the new contractor is prepared.
