1. Annual Meeting

   Event Starts: September 18, 2024

   6:00pm

   In accordance with Article 2, Section 2.5 of the Bylaws for Arcadia Farms Homeowners Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice that the Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 18th, 2024 at 6:00pm at the Arcadia Farms Pool Pavilion.

   In accordance with Article 3, Section 3.3a of the Bylaws for Arcadia Farms Homeowners Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice of the Annual Meeting as part of this document.

   We will be electing one (1) Board Member to serve for a term of two years. If you wish to be on the ballot, please fill out the attached questionnaire. Nominations from the floor will be accepted and a vote will take place at the meeting.

   Attached you will find a Proxy. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please fill out the attached Proxy and return to Heather via email at heather@legacysouthwestpm.com. Should you not wish to vote, please select “for quorum purposes only” on the proxy.

2. Notice of Special Meeting to Remove a Board Member From the Board of Directors

   Event Starts: September 24, 2024

   6:30 PM

   Dear Residents of Arcadia Farms HOA,

   In accordance with Texas State Business Organizations Code 21.155 and Article 10, Section 3 of the DCC&Rs for Arcadia Farms Community Association, Inc., you are hereby given notice that a Special Meeting has been called for the Removal of a current Board Member, Sohaib Rauf, from the Board of Directors. The meeting will take place online via GoToMeeting on Tuesday, September 24th, 2024 at 6:30pm.

   A quorum of 10% (96 homeowners) is required to have the meeting and vote on the removal of the Board Member. For the Board Member to be removed a majority (51%) affirmative vote of all lot owners is required to remove a Board Member. Please see the proposed change below.

   Each Lot is permitted one vote per household. Voting will take place online via www.arcadiafarmshoa.com and by Directed Proxy. Voting will be available online after the meeting and be open for five (5) days. Should you be unable to attend the meeting, please fill out the attached Directed Proxy. Directed Proxies must be returned via email or USPS to the property manager, Heather Smith.
