Pool Opening

It’s pool season! Our pool opens Friday, May 24, 2024. As a reminder, we will have pool monitors again this year. They will have a list of all addresses, please be sure to bring your ID and pool card. As a reminder, assessments must be paid in full or on a payment plan in good standing in order to access the pool.

Please be aware that we have installed security cameras in and around the pool area. This is an effort to protect you, the homeowner’s investment, and cut out trespassing, violation of rules, and or damage to HOA property. Any violation can result in suspension of pool privileges or when appropriate, criminal charges.

Please review the pool rules listed below:

• The Amenity Center is restricted to residents and their guests. Guests are permitted only if accompanied by a resident.

o Please keep the number of guests to a reasonable number per household. Generally, up to four guests are permitted outside of the people that live in the home.
• A parent or legal guardian resident must accompany persons under 16 years of age.
• No pets are permitted, with the exception of service animals.
• Smoking is not permitted in the Center.
• Drunkenness or obscene language will not be tolerated.
• Do not rearrange the furniture.
• Be considerate of others in the community. Keep noise to a minimum and only use radios or audio/video devices with personal headphones.
• No running, horseplay, or dangerous actions within the area.
• Clean up and dispose of trash.
• Management reserves the right to deny use of the Amenity Center to anyone at any time.
• Management is not responsible for injury or personal property.
